With this project, we once again prove that modern architecture, ecological materials, and high energy efficiency can coexist in perfect harmony. The house is built entirely with a solid timber structure (KVH and BSH beams), and the attention to detail and control at every stage of construction make the home both durable, cozy, and beautiful. Structure and Facade Systems<\/h5>\n

The exterior walls are built using the ECO2 system<\/a> with a thermal transmittance coefficient of U = 0.14 W\/m\u00b2K \u2014 a standard that ensures optimal energy efficiency year-round. The roof is insulated to the same U-value, and the roofing is a highly durable metal system by Lindab.
