Just like the roof, the windows are a very important part of the house. Therefore, we pay special attention to this element and make sure that they are made of quality profiles, properly designed, with reliable fittings and good glazing.
This is where a house has the greatest heat losses. Therefore, in the base price of our houses, we have opted for PVC profiles, in colours corresponding to the respective house model.
We also offer the possibility of placing the more weather-resistant aluminium profiles, with an interrupted thermal bridge.
And last but not least – we offer wooden joinery, the qualities of which are indisputable.
Taking into account the climatic features of Bulgaria, for the glazing of our houses we recommend triple glazing, and, of course, the customer is to make the final choice.
DOORS
When choosing interior doors, the customer can choose between doors made of solid wood, laminated MDF and veneered MDF.
In our base price we have included MDF veneered doors.
STAIRCASES
Interior staircases in SPONEC houses can be made of oak, beech or softwood.
We can offer you different materials for the railings, such as wood, stainless steel or glass.
As part of the interior design, these details are further specified with the client.
FLOOR COVERINGS
Depending on your wishes, for floor coverings we offer different solutions from solid, solid three-layer or laminated parquet.
INTERIOR WALLS
Interior walls are made of eco-panels, which are surface plastered, primed and painted with environmentally friendly and breathable materials.
INTERIOR DESIGN
For a truly finished product, we offer the services of an interior designer who can advise you on materials, colour, decorating and furnishing.
