The prefabricated eco house in Ivanyane, Bulgaria is a practical and comfortable family house on two floors, built in 2018-2019. It is built according to ECO 3 technology, guaranteeing warmth and low heating costs. The total floorage of the prefabricated house is 140 sq.m.
Basic construction
The wooden house in Ivanyane is a modern two-story building with the following layout: on the first floor there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, and a utility room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet and a storage room.
Our work included the entire building work, up to a completely finished house on the outside, and on the inside – prepared for finishing works. The external walls are built according to ECO 3 technology.

We used a hybrid building technology for the wooden house in Lozen. A combination of two systems: the Ekopanely system and 40 cm thick external walls of panels with a wooden structure and pressed straw of ECOCOCON.
